Mr. Lau is responsible for overseeing Pacific Asset Strategies portfolio, driving strategic growth, and providing value for property owners and tenants alike. Prior to his current position, Brett was Vice President of Workplace Consulting at Infinium Interiors and brings with him over 20 years' experience in commercial real estate, project management, and banking.
Brett is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Project Management Institute, and the Air Force Civilian Advisory Council.
In his free time, Brett enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team, barbecues with friends, and woodworking. Brett holds a B.A. in sociology from Whitworth University and is a graduate of Iolani School.

Mr. Hayashida manages key operational and financial aspects of the company’s commercial and AOAO portfolio. Prior to joining PAS, Mr. Hayashida served in various operational roles focused on the U.S. Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet including oversight of quality assurance programs for Pacific Fleet submarines, project officer on a nuclear submarine undergoing major overhaul, and various leadership roles as a nuclear submarine officer. Born and raised in Makakilo, Hawaii, Mr. Hayashida holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii – Manoa, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, he is an honors graduate of Kamehameha Schools.

During the surge of Covid 19, “looking for something new to keep busy” Kim found herself involved in fostering stray “baby” birds and rehabbing for releasee, as well as adopt a rescue dog, “Lulu”.
